A twelfth arrest has been made in the alleged sex trade of Long Island Teen Emmarae Gervasi, has learned the position.
Daniel Soto, a 36-year-old Bay Shore-Man, was arrested on Friday morning for accusation of second-degree rape and endangering the well-being of a child.
Researchers accused soto of having sex with the girl somewhere between December 13, 2024. The rape would be reportedly taken in a marina in Islip-the same place where the teenager was found on board a 56-foot hunt last month after he Was missing.
Gervasi, 14, was missing in her patchogue house on December 9. She was seen on surveillance video and left her house shoeless before she jumped into a car. An ankle bracelet she had worn was cut and not dumped far away.
The girl’s father, Frank Gervasi, saved her off the boat on January 3, after a tip she was there.
Soto did not get in the guilty of his beforehand.

Eleven others have been arrested for the roles they played in the case, including the owner of the boat, Francis Buckheit, 64, and Alton Harrell, 35, both accused of rape, children’s threat and kidnapping costs.
Bunice Knight, 47, was accused of second -degree rape, children’s threat and three counts of criminal sale of a regulated substance. Daniel Burke, 63, and Robert Eccleston, 61, are accused of kidnapping, rape and children’s threat.
Two women, Jacquelyn Comiskey, 52, and Elizabeth Hunter, 34, were accused of sex trade and children’s threat this week.
Kevin McDonald, 20, is accused of raping the girl in a car the day after she disappeared.
