Chicago a 56-year-old man will be in court on Wednesday afternoon to be accused of stabbing two victims on a busy River North Street at the end of last year. An American Marshals task force arrested Billy Middleton on Monday.

Public Prosecutors will provide more details about the allegations during the Middleton hearing session. Shortly after the attack, however, the Chicago police said that it all started when the attacker emerged from a white sedan and the two victims employed in the 400 block of North State on November 22 around 10:15 am.

The attacker brought out a knife during the argument and stuck both men in the ages of 41 and 43 several times. After the stabs, the perpetrator returned to the white car and went south on State Street.

Middleton is charged with two counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

Our coverage area has since been expanded to cover Lincoln Park, River North, De Loop, Uptown and other North Side areas.
