Microsoft finally has one MacOS app For Copilot is the free generative AI chatbot.
Just as with OpenAI’s Chatgpt and other AI chatbots, Copilot enables users to ask questions and receive answers that are generated by AI. Copilot is designed to help users with numerous tasks, such as drawing up Emails, summarizing documents, writing application letters and more. There is also an image generator powered by Dall-E 3.

When Microsoft launched Copilot for the first time two years ago, it was only available on Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Safari-Webbrowsers. It wasn’t rolled out Android” iOSand iPados devices up to the beginning of 2024. The AI assistant is also integrated into teams, prospects and other Microsoft apps. However, this new Copilot app gives Mac users a special experience.
An important point about the macOS app is that this macOS requires 14.0 or higher, as well as an Mac model with an Apple M1 chip or higher. Likewise, Apple Intelligence, the AI system of Apple, MacOS 15.1 and a Mac model with an M1 chip or later.
In other recent news, Microsoft announced Earlier this week, all Copilot users now have free, unlimited access to “voice” and “think deeper” functions. The speech option of Copilot can help users practice a new language, while Detper is powered by the O1 model of OpenAi and can tackle more complex tasks.
