The cemetery reported the authorities after discovering the scheme in August 2023, said the Sheriff office. Since then she has been fired.
Researchers have established that Marshall-Parris had $ 114,200 in the light of 49 times between April 2022 and August 2023.
The Cook County State law firm accused it on Thursday with two counts of exploiting a continuous financial criminal company, theft of crimes and theft of crime by fraud. She was released on Friday to wait for the process.
CWBCHICAGO was founded in 2013 by five residents of Wigleyville and Boystown who had been discouraged with inaccurate information that was provided during meetings of the local community policing (CAPS). Our coverage area has since been expanded to cover Lincoln Park, River North, De Loop, Uptown and other North Side areas. But our mission remains unchanged: to provide original reporting of public safety with a better context and more detail than regular media. Our editorial e -mail address is news@cwbchicago.com
