The OnePlus Pad 2 Pro tablet is now available for buying – but only if you live in China.
We have been eagerly anticipating the launch of the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro for a while, with countless reports and rumors around the specifications and possibilities of the possibilities. We were big fans of the OnePlus Pad 2 (shown above), launched mid -2024.
Now the Pro Follow -Up has appeared on the domestic website of Oppo at a starting price of only 3,199 Chinese Yuan. That is around £ 330, although such direct translations are rarely useful.
Specifications and Oppo agreements
If you are wondering why OnePlus devices are sold on the Oppo website, the simple explanation is that the last one is the parent company of the first.
However, the links run deeper than that on this occasion. The OnePlus Pad 2 Pro seems a strong resemblance to the previously launched Oppo Pad 4 Pro. They have almost identical specifications, including a 13.2-inch 144Hz LCD with a resolution of 3,392 x 2,400.
Both tablets are powered by the same Snapdragon 8 elite processor, making them two of the most powerful non-Apple tablets on the market. They definitely surpass the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra.
Oppo / OnePlus
They also run from the same 12140 mAh battery and are supported by 67W wired charged. The dimensions are also identical, at 289.6 x 209.7 x 6 mm and 675 g, and there is the same 13MP camera and color spectrum sensor around the back, housed in the same camera module.
The OnePlus Pad 2 Pro even runs on the same Coloros 15 -Ui as its twin brother. OnePlus’s Oxygenos is generally only used on devices in the West.
Whether we get to see the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro here in the UK is still to be seen. It is perhaps a simple rebrand of the Oppo Pad 4 Pro, but given that we have not seen neither devices here, that would really not be a problem.
