
From Albrecht Dürer and Rembrandt to Kiki Smith and Amy Sherald, artists who span for almost six centuries will meet next week in Manhattan and Brooklyn for the printed week in New York City. Anchored by the International Fine Print Dealers Association (IFPDA) Print Fair-De Biggest Show of Prints and Editions-De In The coming days, a series of print-oriented events will see on both sides of the East River, including exhibitions, discussion panels, artist panels, workshops, workshops and the debut of the Brookllylyn Print. IFPDA Print Fair

The edition of the Anchor Print Fair will be held almost every year since 1991, including 75 exhibitors, including galleries, private dealers and studios in addition to a compelling installation by Mickalene Thomas and a stacked three-day line-up of artist discussions, panels and award presentations. Highlights include a presentation of new works by the Black Women of Print Collective; A representation of Jeffrey Gibson prints on the stand of the Tamarind Institute; Rare prints by Robert Rauschenberg presented by Gemini Gel in Joni Moisant Weyl; And a selection of historical works by Philip Guston and Louise Bourgeois near Hauser & Wirth. Also make sure that you swing along Hill-Stone to view engravings, etchings and lithographs of old masters, including Rembrandt and Dürer.
Brooklyn Fine Art Print Fair

This three-day exhibition, organized by the non-profit Powerhouse Studios, will include dozens of self-representative artists, bookmakers, galleries, publishers and academic departments and offers a crowded schedule of programs, including workshop demonstrations, tours and conversations. Don’t miss the special presentation “Reimagining du Bois: Data Portraits and Contemporary Print” with artist William Villalongo, Urbanist SHRADDHA RAMANI and curator Tiffany Barber. The lecture focuses on the collaborative project of Villalongo and Ramani “Druk Black America: du Bois’s data portraits in the 21st century”, which reformulates Web du Bois’s data visualizations of 1900 by the lens of contemporary black life.
Krishna Reddy: Heaven in A Wildflower

Currently on display, this exhibition Collects more than 50 prismatic prints of the deceased Indian artist Krishna Reddy and contextualizes these works in underlying philosophical themes and the groundbreaking development of the artist of viscosity prints (a technique that makes a multi -colored image possible through a single printing plate). In addition to the prints, the show contains a whole series of sculptures, ephemerea, art tools and work materials from the decades long practice of Reddy.

This show that this Saturday will be opened this Saturday at the New York Public Library flagship location in Midtown Manhattan is opened on the historical cooperation aspects for making prints by bringing prints, photos and illustrated books from the past four centuries together. The exhibition is laid out in five sections that concentrate on common themes that run through artistic combinations, such as pseudonyms made from a mix of individual identities and works that represent a combination of different styles and practices.

On Saturday, March 29, the IFPDA presents a panel discussion Between curators Leslie King-Hammond, Lizzetta Lefalle-Collins, Kimberli Gant and Dalila Scruggs that focuses on the printing work of black artists in Mexico. Starting at 2 p.m. with an introduction by curator Jennifer Farrell, the speech will be based on the work of Elizabeth Catlett and John Wilson-two in America born artists who have developed strong ties with Mexico and his members of the art community, including the Taller de Gráfica Popular Catpective and the viewed in the Popular Pastive and the viewing spective and the viewing spectative and the trial spectative, and the brought speospective, the ongoing exhibition and the continuation Witness of humanity: The art of John Wilson In the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
