Abu Dhabi Launches Major Project with Agile Dynamics for Quantum-Safe Blockchain

Abu Dhabi has started a new project to set up a quantum-resistant blockchain infrastructure for government and economic applications.

The initiative, led by the Department of Government Enablement (DGE), aims to protect the digital systems of the Emirate against emerging computational threats against Quantum Computing. It also tries to improve the position of Abu Dhabi in advanced technology deployment. Agile Dynamics, a consultancy with experience in decentralized architecture, is the primary partner who supports the development and implementation of the program of this Blockchain UAE project.

Sovereign layer 1 with cryptography after the quantum at the core

At the core of the project, designing a sovereign layer 1 blockchain protocol that is both Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatible and resistant to quantum computing attacks. The system will use Post-Quantum cryptographic primitives to maintain long-term protection for important national data and digital transactions. This system is a fundamental layer for trusted digital operations in the public and private sectors.

The deal also includes regulatory compliance at the protocol level and cross-chain interoperability standards. These measures prepare the blockchain network for global use cases and future extensions with international digital services.

In addition to the layer 1 blockchain, the cooperation of technical paths will assess to build an integrated decentralized financing framework (Defi). This agreement is intended to improve the efficiency of international trade financing by offering mechanisms for immediate regulation and transactional transparency mechanisms.

A third partnership component evaluates the feasibility of a direct foreign investment (BDI) as a service token risition model. This pilot will investigate how blockchain -based systems can streamline investment flows, manage capital implementation and increase transparency for stakeholders involved in cross -border economic activities.

Expert team of Agile Dynamics to lead technical implementation

Agile Dynamics leads the technical design on blockchain business architecture, tokenisation models and AI integration. Leading staff includes Paul Lalovich, EMA Vukovic, Yilmaz Yadırgı, Philipp Kishkovarov and Nikola Mandic.
