Mceuen was placed on the list of the most wanted fugitive fighters of Texas with a reward of $ 30,000 for information that led to his arrest. It was not immediately clear whether a tip led to Monday’s arrest.
He fled house arrest while waiting for the trial for capital murder attacks for the implementation style in 2023 of a neighbor, Aaron Martinez, 35, who was shot in the back and the forehead 15 to 30 times.
The killing came at the height of a long feud between the neighbors, whose family of Martinez claimed that Mceuen shot on the ownership of Martinez and hurled racial statements to him.
After the murder, Mceuen was arrested after an impasse with the SWAT team and accused of murder. He was charged for capital murder in November 2023, CBS News reported.
He was released from prison in September, but was locked up again after he had violated his conditions by posting pictures of Martinez online.

“A violent criminal such as Mceuen accused of capital murder should never be released on our streets,” said Abbott. “That is why I have made a bail of an emergency situation that this legislative session must endure.”
