Amazon blows GreenWorks battery-driven lawn mowers and site tools during this spring sale

I mowed my lawn for the first time this season. I don’t mow that often, but my shoulder hurts from starting my old gas-driven mower. It’s time for an upgrade. Amazon currently has a lot of Greenworks Yard tools, including blowers, trimmers, mowers and even multi-tool combo kits on sale for their lowest prices of the year. GreenWorks makes a number of the best outdoor tool period, so it’s a good time to buy in their battery system, which is compatible with more than 75 different tools.

If you don’t have a huge garden, a smaller mower offers a much better overall mowing experience. The 16-inch deck provides precise control, so that you can mow around trees and garden beds with more precision than with a larger model. The 40-volt battery (which is included) gets a maximum of 45 minutes duration on a single load, which is enough time to cover most typical lawns. I have half a hectare in my back garden and it never takes me more than 35 minutes with a similar model.

This year it has been exceptionally windy in Upstate New York and that led to a lot of trees. Last year I received an electric chainsaw and it made the removal of fallen wood much easier.
