The actress wrote: “I am enthusiastic and terrified of the same extent … Because I will step into a whole new challenge- teach my first beginner’s pool lessons very quickly!
“Pole has been a large part of my life for more than two years now. I thought it was for the first time just after locking, a little before I turned 41, when I was looking for something nice, but challenging.
“From the very first twist I was addicted. What started as a way to move and push myself is so much more power, trust and a whole new community of incredible, supporting people who cancel each other (literally!).”
Sarah continued: “I recently started with 1: 1 training with a new pool coach and I can already feel improving myself in ways I never expected.
“Now I am about to take the next step and share everything I have learned with others. The lessons of my beginners are for absolute newcomers or someone who wants to go back to the basics!
“I will teach in the same studio where my journey also started, which is exciting @PolegymholmeManschapelAnd I can’t wait to help others discover how empowerment pole can be. ‘
Sarah showed off with her weakened physique in the carousel of images, while promoting her new polar class.
