Although it comes in a few pieces, the pilot Max Tower fan is easy to assemble. You really only confirm the base and connect it.
It is a bladder -free fan, which is 110 cm/ 43 in high, with a base diameter of 30 cm/ 12 in. It comes with a remote control (and battery), so that you can switch it off and change settings from the comfort of your sofa.
The height is a huge advantage because the air outlet takes up a considerable part of this length (50 cm), so it is able to move a lot of air.
The fan oscillates and you can change the angle of 30-120 °, in steps of 30 °. It has 12 speeds that go from a perfectly silent, luminous flow from air to a audible (but still far from noisy) explosion. With every setting it is impressively quiet. There is also a timer that you can set up to 12 hours.
It has four modes: normal, natural (changing air flow), sleep (it slows down every 30 minutes) and car, which adapts to the ambient temperature of the room.
The control panel is located on the curved top of the fan and there is a used digital screen that reflects settings and fan speed.
Because it is small with a small footprint, when it is not in use, you can push it in a corner and forget – the next best thing to have a combined stove/ fan.
Dreo’s Tower fan comes in two models: the smart version is just a little more and it is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Home, so that you can switch it on with speech assignments.
