Brian Laundrie was seen “as a madman” and seemed to ‘hit her’ report in Utah in Utah two weeks before killing her in Utah.
A non -created man has submitted a report to the FBI who said he ‘believes’ that he saw Petito and Laundrie – and the white Ford Transit bus of the couple – parked on the shoulder of a road in Moab while on one Roadtrip was with his family from Denver, Colo., To Las Vegas, nv., on 12 August 2021, according to Bureau documents.
At the time, the witness told a cop that he was “delivered” for the woman when he saw the man hit her.
He quickly made a U-turn and parked on the other side of the road from the van to watch and his family saw the insulting man act “like crazy” and “argue with the female.”
The man was seen ‘open and close doors and pacen around the van. He seemed to argue for the female and at one point he may have tried to embrace the female, but was pushed back by her, ”the FBI documents revealed.
“The man eventually pushed the legs of the female in the passenger side of the van, closed her door and entered the driver’s side.”
The witness told the agent that he saw the male “laying his head between his hands and both passengers seemed to cry.”
The non -mischievous witness “considered intermediate and/or called 911” but chose not to do that, because he had already called the emergency number earlier on the same day for a non -related incident where a truck driver almost loved him.
In the end, however, he contacted the FBI weeks later when Petito’s disappearance of media was fascinated around the nation, and his daughter reminded him of the incident in Moab with the couple in the white van.
The witness and his daughter then assessed photos of Laundrie and Petito and told the FBI that they were “trust”.
Petito’s mother, Nichole Schmidt, said Fox News Digital Monday that she was not aware of the witness report.
‘[I] I wish we could catch this person, “she told the outlet. “I would like to ask questions.”
The witnesses told the FBI that they observed the pair from 4.30 pm to 4.45 pm – minutes before the Moab Police Department stopped the resident of Long Island and Laundrie.
Very investigated Bodycam images showed Petito when the police responded to the claim of a 911 caller that Laundrie had beaten her outside of a food cooperative.
The couple said that they were incinerating from the frustration and denied that there had been a serious attack.
The officers have never arrested Petito or Laundrie, instead they choose to separate them for the night and leave Petito in the van where the couple had traveled while escorting Laundrie to a nearby motel used for survivors of domestic violence.
Petito was last seen alive on 27 August on surveillance images in a Whole Foods store in Jackson, Wyoming.
Laundrie quietly returned to his parents’ house in Florida without her on 1 September.
Ten days later, Petito’s family reported her as missing after they had not received any information from the Laundrie family.
The body of the 22-year-old was discovered on September 19 in Grand Teton National Park, with researchers who rule its cause of death as strangulation.
Days after Petito’s body was discovered, the American court of Wyoming issued an order for the arrest of Laundrie, but the murderer is supposed to have fled his parents’ home base.
His parents refused to collaborate with authorities and to provide information about their son’s place of residence.
Laundrie, 23, then killed himself, and his remains were discovered in a nature park in Florida next to his backpack and notebook with a confession about killing Petito.
