Brutal NYC Hit-and-Run caught on video with a in custody: NYPD

The NYPD has one person in custody for a brutal Bronx-hit-and-run that was recorded on images of the security camera.

A 22-year-old was hit by a black SUV on the corner of E 228th Street and Laconia Avenue, in the Edenwald section of the Bronx, according to the NYPD.

Video of the incident obtained by the New York Post shows a man who jogs across the street while a black SUV approaches the intersection.

While the 22-year-old victim is approaching the corner, the SUV accelerates and touches him and sends him the intersection.

The SUV then drives through the street and flees the stage.

The victim ran a head injury and was brought to the Jacobi Medical Center where he stays in a stable state.

The NYPD has taken an important person in custody and although costs still have to be submitted.
