Canadian brokerage on reality TV arrives the American market

Company expansion

Rare’s access in the American market is led by the founder of the company Adam Stern, who has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. He has supervised more than $ 12 billion in turnover and has trained more than 4,000 agents in 16 offices.

“We are very happy to bring rare to South Florida because the future of the brokerage activities belongs to daring, entrepreneurial agents,” Stern said. “For years the top 10% of the agents have dominated the industry, but traditional brokers have not succeeded in really rewarding them in a real way.

“The old promises training, support, mentorship and supervision are not changed in decades. It is time for a model that first sets up rising agents and top producers, creating real financial incentives for the agents who send this industry forward.”

The rare real estate was founded by Stern and Rabinovich and has registered more than $ 4.5 billion in sales in less than four years. It positions itself as an alternative to traditional real estate agents by offering what it calls a business party model more direct financial rewards and operational freedom for agents.

Office partner Brett Starke, who was also on display on ‘Luxe Ligings Toronto’, the company credits to make his own growth possible.

“When I became a member of Rare, I led a team of three. Today I run my own office with 55 agents,” he said. “The rare model was designed to potentially unlock – it gave me freedom, support and infrastructure to build something real and to lead to my own conditions.”

While Zuid -Florida is the first American foot of the company, leadership said that the active expansion goals assess.
