Pal Realty originally started as the resale division of the Plantage in Leesburg, a pension community developed by the Smith Richardson Family Trust And Lakewood Development. Robbins helped to set up the division before purchasing it and launched Pal Realty.

Century 21 Myers Realty, founded in 1985 by Mary Myers, is a brokerage run by the family who is now led by real estate agent Jack Myers of the second generation and his wife Karen.

Their daughter, Mary M. Myers, is a best performing agent at the company and continues the involvement of the family in the real estate in Central Florida.

The company is currently operating offices in Auburnale, Haines City, Winter Haven, Lake Wales, Lake Placid, Mount Dora and Leesburg-with a 120 miles service area in the Sunshine State.
