In addition, the company has announced its first products under Propertynova: Tax Assessment Data and Registered Aktegata, a Service (DAAS) solution (DAAS) that is built to integrate large -scale public data into the platforms used in industries such as mortgage, real estate, finance and insurance.

The new business line aims to tackle the gaps in the market for real estate data, to find public archives to offer ‘a single version of the truth’, according to Kenon Chen, EVP of strategy and growth for clear capital.

The offer from Propertynova must include ClearAVM and HDI -Bulk files, in addition to tax assessment and data on recorder deed. Bulk AVM provides insights of more than 120 million properties and 60 million ClearavMs with great confidence, while Bulk HDI uses real -time data from multiple sources to reveal factors that influence the value of real estate.

“Our mission is to build trust in decisions about real estate, and we realize that it starts with a confident understanding of the property itself. And the industry has struggled with having to reconcile between multiple data sources that do not always agree,” Chen said in an interview with an interview with an interview with Housing. “We see Propertynova as a way to resolve the pain that goes to try to understand what is happening at a certain time on a home and to bring multiple data sets together in decision -making data.”

Chen added that the first products under Propertynova – Tax Assessment Data and Aktrege data are from public registers and that this dataset will soon be followed by access to mortgage data, also from public registers.

“Then we have a number of upcoming announcements from our route map to bring other data sources, and all this will be linked by a single clear capital -ID that comes together with the data sets, makes it easy for companies to use it immediately about multiple data sources,” he added. “Customers will have access to Bulk, which means that they will receive daily, weekly deliveries based on the schedule they want to take. We offer subscriptions at national level, because we cover more than 99% of American homes, and we also have APIs available for our analysis products.”

He continued: “Ultimately, what we are going to offer is access to data sets, making the analysis of the life cycle of an entire home and the recording of AI-divided insights to make that analysis more accurate.”
