I was recently contacted by a maker of the content who had a terrible experience with an only fans management agency called Bluresca, and she was completely distraught about the state of her account because of what she called mismanagement.
I had never heard of this company, so I went to Google to do my research, and the first thing I found was their official website, which proudly mentioned several of their models, so that she was open to potential lawsuits for fraud.
At the moment there are a few large lawsuits going on, of which there is a Class Action, in which makers are being charged because they are not revealed that they use chatters or a management company. If you know that, why would you proudly tell people that these specific models use your management company?
Waifu Mia, Scarlett Nior, Addison Ivy, Lily Lanes, Lems, Mia Francis, Cherry Cat, Ashtyn Sommer, Ana Nello and Layla Adeline. All content makers mentioned as their models.
She simply opens that to so many potential legal issues. Not in the least of that is getting their only fans account, so that the third parties cannot perform your account.
So that was red flag #1 for me with this company, but then I came across a lawsuit in which one of their models brought them to court.
Aaliyah Jones, a maker of the content from California, filed a complaint against Bluresca, LLC, a digital marketing company that claimed contract, defamation and negligence.
The complaint, filed in December 2023, focuses on a marketing agreement that Jones concluded with Bluresca in 2022. According to the agreement, the company was responsible for promoting Jones’ ONYFANS account in exchange for a percentage of its income. However, Jones claims that Bluresca has considerably reduced its efforts after a first marketing push, so that she was the growth of subscribers independently of the subscriber.
A critical turning point in the dispute took place in September 2023, when Bluresca reportedly reported to only fans that Jones had been a minor at the time of recording specific content. This claim led to the immediate and permanent termination of Jones’s Onlyfans account, a movement that she argues resulted in serious financial and reputation damage. Jones claims that she was legally an adult when the content was created and that the Bluresca report was both false and negligent.
In addition to the lawsuit and exposing their customer list on their website, there were other problems that paused me, including the fact that they have not updated their Twitter (X) since last year – the same with their Instagram (April 22, 2024, was their last message). Their blog has not been updated since May 2024.
As long as a short story, before you do business with this only management agency of only fans or whatever, you are seriously wondering, do you really need a management agency? If you know for sure that you need help, then here is what I propose …
First write down everything you want them to do for you. This means answering DMs, managing your timeline, editing your videos, updating social media, following expired users and sending mass reports (PPVs). Or whatever it is, especially you want them to do for you.
Be very specific and if you speak with them, make sure they have your list, and everything they say they can or will do, let them post it in writing.
Let them do the same and ask them to give a specific list of things (in writing) they expect from you.
Have them placed in a clause in your contract that says that if one of a party (you or she) does not do what you promise, you can terminate your contract with a written notification of 10 days.
Then you can visit that agreement again every now and then and if they do not do everything on your list, you can separate.
Never close a deal with a management agency that does not place everything in writing and is not willing to publish you an easy one if they do not do what they promise.
This Bluresca right case is not the first time that a management agency has been sued by a maker of the content, nor will it be the last one. The management agencies of only fans are known as predatory. So you have to protect yourself and your brand.
They are not all bad, but it is not easy to find a good one. That is why you have to be diligent to protect yourself in advance.
