CRMLS to offer AI-driven real estate reports from RealRports

RealRePorts collects data from more than 60 sources in the industry and offers agents detailed real estate reports with a permit history, climate risk, flood insurance costs, lien, destination data and other critical information.

The platform has an AI assistant, Aiden, designed to answer real estate-related questions, to analyze documents and to generate insights for agents and customers.

Seven CRMLS associations, including Orange County RealtorsSouthland Regional Association of RealtorsAnd North San Diego County RealtorsHave already taken over the tool, with more expected to follow.

“Helping agents to present their value is an important focus for CRMLs this year, and RealRePorts is an incredible asset to our users,” said CRMLS CEO Art Carter. “We are always looking for ways to use new technologies to help our user base thrive, and I am particularly impressed by the extensive AI-driven reports that I have seen.”

James Rogers, co-founder and CEO of RealRePorts, called the CRMLS partnership a “huge milestone” for the company.

“Our team has taken great care to build a product that solves real problems and offers a consistent value for agents and their customers,” said Rogers.

Zach Gorman, co-founder and CEO of RealRePorts, emphasized the role of AI in simplifying data analysis for agents.

“Data is only useful if you know what to do with it, so we have built our AI Property Advisor, Aiden, to answer a question about a property, to analyze documents and give insights,” said Gorman.
