The California mother who was led away in handcuffs at Disneyland as her sobbing children clung to her claims the backlash over the incident is “full of lies” after she was accused of sneaking her daughters into the park without paying.

Jessenia Diaz, 26, is promising to share her side of the story and has threatened to sue the iconic theme park, according to KTL.

The mother, a resident of Torrance in southwestern LA County, posted a 10-second video from her point of view, surrounded by park security, to her TikTok @Diaz.v8 after the national attention she received this week.

Diaz wrote in the caption of the video that “Social media is full of lies and hate.”

“I will post the truth I wrote, the reason why everything posted is full of lies,” she replied to a commenter on the post, asking for her side of the story.

In another video posted to her TikTok in July, featuring her two young daughters taking a carousel ride, Diaz identifies herself as a “#singlemom,” captioning it, “Worst way to end the month, luckily my daughters safe. I would die if anything ever happened to them.”

The mother also replied to commenters on the video who asked about the Disneyland incident, writing that she would “do a story later.”

However, the mother had not posted a video detailing what happened on Thursday evening.

Others, concerned about the well-being of her children, asked if she was okay after watching their mother being escorted out of the theme park in handcuffs.

“Yes. Thank you for asking,” she replied.

“Thank you for taking care of my daughters.”

Diaz went viral on Wednesday after video footage captured her surrounded by Disney security and led out of the park in handcuffs by Anaheim police officers.

The California mother’s two young girls were seen clinging to her, crying their eyes out and shouting “Help!” shouted. in Spanish as she was led away as an officer pushed a side-by-side stroller behind them during the incident.

In another video, the mother can be seen shouting, “You’re hurting me!” while she was being taken away.

A public affairs spokesperson for Disneyland Resort told The Post: “The woman in the video attempted to bring her children into the park without paying for tickets, something she has done before.”

“She did not cooperate with our security teams and APD was called in.”

Diaz is accused of trying to pass the children off as 2-year-olds so they could enter the park without buying a ticket, Anaheim police said. TMZ.

Police said she was arrested for trespassing but later released after a summons.

Anaheim police also told the outlet that Diaz is suspected of smuggling her children into Disneyland in the past.

Children under 3 do not need a theme park ticket for Disneyland or Adventure Park, per Disneyland Resorts Park admissions policy.

Children meeting this requirement must be accompanied by a guest with a ticket and reservation to enter the park.
