Former male artist Donny Long was initially arrested in Florida on November 29, 2023. He has been behind bars all the time. His process has been postponed again because part of the evidence that the State wants to use against him, make their way through calls.
Donny Long now claims that he is misunderstood and that all the shit-talking he did about a judge and her daughter, who arrested him in the first place, was only a wrong interpretation of his online activity.
Public Prosecutors claim that the online activity and public statements of SEOane are considerable care. They quote earlier posts and communication that they claim aimed at civil servants and law enforcement staff, creating a risk for the judicial process. The Public Prosecution Service states that its detention is necessary to guarantee public safety and to prevent interference with the case.
With the motion now before the court, the court will decide whether SEOane can be released under specific conditions or whether he will be retained until the trial.
- If the motion is granted, SEOane could be released under house arrest, GPS monitoring or other pretrial conditions.
- If the motion is refused, it will remain in custody as the case progresses.
For those who don’t know, 45-year-old Donny Long is a former male artist who worked in the adult industry since 2005 and performed in more than 500 scenes.
One day he decided to release the real (legal names) and other personal information of hundreds of female artists, and then created a website where others could contribute, causing thousands of adult artists to be in danger.

Donny Long would continue with things like this for many people he didn’t like in his life, including a day a judge and her daughters. This was finally the action that would catch up with him. He was arrested in 2023 on a laundry list with charges and remains behind bars to this day.
When he was arrested, they grabbed a couple of his hard drives, some laptops and mobile phones. While they are in custody, they finally went on and found a video in his position of someone who had sex with a dog.
A source that is familiar with the case tells me that the video in question actually was one of the Nigel dictator Dog Fucker videos with one of the Jane in the Derek Hay case (LA Direct Models/Luxury Companion).
And that is one of the videos that Donny Long wants the judge to consider inadmissible.
However, if that video is used against Donny Long when he is in court, it will be part of the judicial record and the identity of the girl with the dog will become public and I promise to let you know what I discover, when, when or or If that is the case.
For now, the sixth district court will revise the appeal of the State with regard to the admissibility of evidence. If the profession is successful, public prosecutors may be able to recover critical evidence that was previously not -inadmissible -including the aforementioned Doggy Fucker -Video.
