The assessment of experts
Pros
- Affordable model
- Generally performs well
- Empty dust
Disadvantage
- Obstacle detection leaves something to be desired
- Mopping requires some effort from the user
- Limited access in corners and along edges
Our opinion
The Dream L10S Plus is an affordable option for those who give priority to maintenance -free vacuuming. It works quickly and methodically, avoiding large obstacles and emptying itself after every cleaning session. The mop function is there, but it requires that you set it. If you are looking for a robot that does everything in itself, including mopping, it is worth looking at an ultram model instead.

At the moment the robot -vacuum cleaner -industry is in full swing. The most important manufacturers roll out this year’s innovations – models that we saw during the fall and winter tech conventions, not least in CES in Las Vegas in January.
The largest headlines are about the flagship models, which are first out with the latest innovations – grab arms, better obstacle processing and the ability to climb over higher thresholds. These are functions that technological enthusiasts must tempt to upgrade their robot at home.

But being a costs on the cutting surface. If you are looking for the most advanced models of established manufacturers, you must be willing to empty your wallet.

The Dream L10S Plus takes up less space than many other models with a car-Lege Station.

Fortunately, most manufacturers also offer models in lower price ranges, with slightly easier specifications – but who still do the work and keep the floor clean. A good example is the Dream L10S Plus.
Dream L10S Plus – What do you get?
When Dream adds “Plus” to the model name, it means that the robot vacuum cleaner is supplied with a base station that automatically empties the dust container on board. However, it lacks functions such as automatic water filling and emptying, which have the ultra models. In other words, as long as you only want to vacuum, it will take care of yourself, but if you also want to mop, you have to do some extra work.
To mop, you must top up the small water tank of the robot, clean the pug manually and dry them after use. Ultra models, on the other hand, are self-control and use both vacuuming and mopping fully automatically including the washing and drying of the dodk and handling clean and dirty water.

The water tank must be topped up regularly.

An advantage of the L10S Plus that do not have a water tank in the base station is that the station takes up considerably less space than the corresponding ultram models.
Simple installation and flexible navigation
It is easy to get started. The App from Dream is one of the best on the market. After you have downloaded it and created an account, setting the robot is fast. It carries out a quick home investigation in just a few minutes, and once you have divided the rooms and have added any no-go zones, it is ready to start cleaning.
The adjustment options in the app are more limited than those of the more advanced models. Most settings relate to how the robot should deal with carpets and whether it should completely avoid them whether they should thoroughly vacuum. The pugs can be raised automatically, but this is not enough on thicker carpets.
The laser -based navigation system works well. The robot avoids walking into furniture and moves methodically. However, the obstacle detection is a bit of a mixed bag. Larger obstacles, such as socks and shoes, are neatly completed, but smaller objects, such as charging cables and lighters, are completely ignored and run over without hesitation.
Cleaning performance – Good sucking power but weak on edges
With suction of 7000 PA, the Dream L10S plus does a good job. Cans, rice grains and fabric are effectively sucked up, even from carpets. Some hair, however, gets entangled in the rubber brush. Double brushes, such as those on the Dree X50 Ultra Complete, would have been preferred here.

Obstacle detection is lame – a charging cable is completely swallowed.
Andreas Bergsman
The weakness of the robot is in corners and along edges. Like much cheaper models, it lacks an extension brush, making it less effective in tight spaces.
The joke function is of the simpler type. Although it has double rotating pugs, like more expensive models, they do not extend for better peripheral cleaning. They also require a lot of maintenance. They must be saturated in water and are cleaned both before and after use and dried after cleaning. Similarly, you have to top up water manually in the small container under the lid of the robot.
