Hill is an experienced financial leader in the real estate sector. He currently acts as vice president of International Finance and Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis on Exp Realty. During the term of office of Hill, Exp World Holdings will continue his search for a new CFO.
Cheng will remain an advisory role until 31 August. Explant emphasized that Cheng’s departure is not the result of any disagreement.
Glenn Sanford, the founder, chairman and CEO of Exp World Holdings, said that Hill was an important part of the growth of the company. He is convinced that Hill has the tools to succeed in the new role.
“Jesse Hill is an important part of our growth and expansion plans,” said Sanford in a statement. “Under the financial leadership of Jesse, International Realty has been extended to eight extra markets, which increases the turnover almost five -fold and considerably improves the operational margins of the segment.”

Hill expressed excitement for his new role, and emphasized his dedication to keep the ball rolling and maximizing the return on agent investments.
“One of my top priorities such as Interim CFO will be to ensure that our agent-oriented investments deliver the highest ROI to our agent base, while we continue to focus on the scale,” Hill said.
Hill also brings a proven track record of success in this new role, to achieve recognition of various organizations in the entire industry – including HousingHe recognized Hill as a financial leader from 2025.
Beyond the real estate sector, Hill previously served as a financial analyst The Walt Disney Co.Where he also started his financial career as an intern.
