A man from Florida was arrested in a wooded area in Washington County after a woman he reportedly attacked and escaped into a storage container.
David Earl Gipson, 40, is arrested for accusation of sexual battery, worsened battery and false prison, according to the Sheriff of Washington County.
The woman, who was not publicly identified, was seriously beaten and needed medical help when medical emergency help services and law enforcement responded to the stage, said delegates.
The Sheriff office said the victim stated that Gipson was visiting her home, quickly became furious and started attacking her.
She would also have told the representatives that he bound and brightened her while he hit her and threatened her to kill her.
Gibson is also accused of sexual abuse of her and hitting her with a gun and a bone object before she drags her out of the house.
Allegedly he used her mother-in-law’s vehicle to take her to his home, where he continued to abuse her in a container in the garden, according to WCSO.
“She was naked. Still fascinated and duct around her mouth,” said Seriff Kevin censuses about the condition of the victim during a press conference. “He put a rope over her neck and stopped her legs under her. If you can imagine what a pork band looks like, that is what he did to her. She stated that she was very hot and thought she would choke and die.”
Eventually the woman could loosen her legs and kick the plywood that contained her, freed herself.
“She got out of the shed and then ran for her life,” De Seriff explained. “At one point she told us that once she was off the house, she used a tree to remove her – she was fascinated behind her back – she used a tree to remove the duct tape from her mouth. At that moment she went away to the edge of a roadway where a passer -by saw her. He picked her up and immediately called 911.” “
Another woman, the 74-year-old Lettie Cooper Collins, who happened to be the mother-in-law of the initial victim, was found dead and beaten in her house “to a pulp”, De Sheriff said.
The Sheriff office said Gipson accuses about 33 in total crime from 1999, and added that he was in prison eight times.
He is accused of multiple burglary counts, including armed burglary, as well as arson.

He acknowledged many agencies for their support in maintaining Gipson, stating that photos were the key and thanked the community for the support and patience.
The Sheriff office is also looking for murder attacks against Gipson for the death of Collins.
