UK Mobile Network Three – who just merges with Vodafone to become the largest in the country – is to perform a remarkably ambitious ESIM test this summer.
Three have announced that attendees of six large British music festivals – Park Life, Wireless, TRNSMT, Reading & Leeds, Latitude and Wilderness – can enjoy free and unlimited British data, calls and texts on the network.
The process starts on June 14 with the Rockstar presents Parklife Festival and runs for the next seven days. Those with tickets for one of these festivals are invited to register in advance to become a three customer for this period.

Three network benefits
Festival visitors not only have unlimited data, calls and minutes, but they can also benefit from the benefits of three+ membership during the process.
These include deals for brands such as Moonpig and CineWorld, £ 1 barista-made drinks every week of local cafés and shops, and early access to performances and comic events.
Three also offers free charging points at the aforementioned British festivals. It would not be the first time that three our bacon saved at a music festival.
To mark the event, three made its own twist on the iconic bucket hat – made here from around 500 recycled SIM cards. The point is with this ESIM technology that such SIM cards will be outdated.
In any case, we are pretty sure that if you wear one of these hats, you will receive a great reception.
If you want a phone that is able to continue a full festival weekend, it is your best to choose one of these phones that have one of the best battery life you will probably find.
