In September, Gemma revealed she had made millions from a secret side hustle, away from her reality show roots.
By fixing up properties before throwing them away – which means renovating them and selling them again within a year – Gemma has ensured she has used her celebrity money to create a long-term income.
The star is now living the high life in a £1.3million mansion in Essex with husband-to-be Rami Hawash – and has no time for haters who have accused her of ‘flaunting her wealth’ with luxury getaways.
She exclusively told The Sun: “Honey, if you worked as hard as I do, you could be in the same position as me.
“I haven’t been lucky, I’ve worked really hard to get where I am now. We can all manifest the NVC lifestyle.
“No one gave me a pound, I did it all myself. I haven’t stopped working, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
Gemma and Rami, who got engaged in February this year, are planning a lavish ceremony to celebrate their big day.
She has also revealed plans to become a foster parent after a series of miscarriages and unsustainable pregnancies.
