Google launches its Pixel 10 -Smartphoneberik on August 20, a little later than initially expected.
Android Headlines initially reported that Google would announce his new flagship smartphone series on 13 August, but that date seems to have gone a week ago.
It now reports that the launch of the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL and Pixel 10 Pro Fold is “confirmed” on August 20. Pre-orders start on the same day, with availability set before 28 August.
Whether this date is accurate or not, these dates are broadly in line with the model of last year. The Pixel 9 series was announced on August 13 and stores on August 22.
It would mean that earlier predictions of an earlier Pixel 10 launch – possibly in June – were wide.

Pixel 10 Design
The Pixel 10 design is currently known in general and there will be no surprises here. After the design revision of the Pixel 9, Google goes with almost the same look and feel to the past.
This is only reinforced by photos of an apparent Pixel 10 Pro prototype that seems to be broken in the wild.
Tipster Mystic Leks (via Android Authority) placed the snaps on a Chinese social media platform, and they seem to be the real deal.
In addition to confirming that it will look a lot like the Google Pixel 10 Pro (except a smaller cameraberel and a repositioned SIM -drawer), the images seem to confirm that it is running on a new Tensor G5 chip, under the codename ‘Blazer’.
Only the fact that this is mentioned as a 5NM chip gives us a break, because the Tensor G5 is expected to be built using a more advanced 3 Nm process.
We also see that the Pixel 10 Pro will work on 16 GB RAM and 256 GB of storage – again, all in line with its predecessor.
