While Google the Chromecast in certain markets in favor of the TV streamer can gradually be gradual.
The Google TV streamer is currently available to buy in 19 countries, including the UK and the US. However, Android Authority reports that certain regions will not get this entertainment product at all. This includes India, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia and possibly more APAC areas.
The reasoning was explained by Mike Abary, VP of devices and services for APAC at Google: “We evaluate the market and look at what the opportunities are, such as, how large the market is, how proliferated built -in streaming capacities in actual televisions are.”
Since competition throughout the world of SMART TVs in these regions is strong (with many who offer built -in Android -OS), Google does not intend to release the media box in these places.

Fortunately, that does not mean that these countries will be without a Google streaming device. The item also confirmed that Chromecast will not be stopped here with Google TV here and will be sold.
9to5Google, however, points out that it is unclear whether new stock of the Chromecast will be manufactured or, once the devices are sold out, they are gone – what happened in North – America and Europe. If it is the last, users in these areas must receive the Chromecast instead via external retailers.
