Gunman on Carjacking, Robbery Spree is killed by hidden bond holder in Humboldt Park

A man in the middle of an armed robbery and Carjacking Spree was shot when he confronted a hidden carrying license holder in Humboldt Park on Tuesday evening. The Chicago police did not publicly identify the deceased criminal, but the details of Cook County Medical Examiner show that he was 18 years old.

Researchers found a recently carjacked toyota during the Schietscène, together with theft yields that had just taken over from two women in a nearby armed robbery, as a result of concluding that the hidden bear holder ended a theft.

Only 18 minutes before the shooting, around 10.30 am, a shooter robbed a man near Fulton and Kilpatrick in Austin and drove away with the gray Toyota Corolla of the victim, according to a provisional CPD report.

At about 10:43 am two women were robbed in the 2500 block of West Haddon in Humboldt Park. The victims, both 27, told the police that they were outside when a car stopped, and a man left the vehicle with a firearm, said a CPD spokesperson. The man demanded their valuables and fled with the wallets, telephones and portfolios of the victims.

For his third and final act, the thief sent the hijacked Toyota at 10:48 am to the 1400-block of Northern Artesian.

While the thief showed a gun and demanded the victim’s ownership, the victim pulled his own firearm and the thief shot into the chest and head several times. EMS transported the thief to the Stroger -Hospital, where he was declared dead.

Researchers confirmed that the Toyota used by the deceased thief was the same vehicle taken from the earlier victim. They also found personal property of the two female robbery victims in the Toyota, according to a source.
