At one point during the Fracas, the teenager became a victim in the head outside the Fastfood -Joint on Myrtle Avenue near Wyckoff Avenue, Cops said.
He was transferred to Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, where he was mentioned in a stable state.
None of the attackers was arrested against the late afternoon.
While the mean crew walked away quietly, one of the suspects who wore a skull on the back of his black hoodie picked up the knife of the sidewalk.
Another attacker is shown with a clearly alle red sweatsuit.
The motive for the violence was not immediately known.
