These AI active figures look a lot like a Barbie or Action man from a toy store and are possible thanks to a recent update of Chatgpt’s image model, but other image generators can also be able.
Follow the steps below to make your own AI active figure, but think about how to use it first. It is a bit fun, but consider using a real artist for commercial use and the energy it uses.
- Open chatgpt and log in
- Type in the prompt compartment “Make an action figure from me”
- Give chatgpt more information about how you want it to look like according to the answer (the more specific the better) and upload an image of yourself
- Press Enter and wait (a while) to generate the image
- From here you can ask for adjustments until you are satisfied with what it looks like
In my example I gave it the following information and a photo of myself, but then refined it over six different versions until it is pretty good. You can see a few iterations below.
