Google is about to fully launch Android 16, and it gets its own ‘I/O edition’ live stream.
Although the entire Google I/O 2025 developer conference takes place as usual, the company seems to reveal the following version of Android in advance, perhaps to free up more of the keynote to talk about Gemini Ai.
This is a week in the form of the Android show: I/O edition.
How to view the Android 16 -launch Livestream
This event is planned for May 13 at 10 am PST – That is 1 p.m. EST and 6:00 PM BST (UK Time).
It is broadcast live on the official YouTube channel of Android, but we have embedded the live stream below for your convenience.
Little is known about the event, because Google only said that it will be an opportunity to “hang around with Sameer Samat, president of Android Ecosystem, and the Android team to be the first to learn about innovative new experiences.”
It certainly seems like an Android 16 launch where we will learn about new functions, as well as the new Material 3 Expressive User Interface Design. The new operating system comes to pixel telephones and tablets and external Android devices.
For now you can view the 30 -second trailer and find out how you can view the most important Google I/O keynote live stream.
