ITVX is the streaming house of all shows and films that broadcast on the channels of ITV – it was formally known as the ITV -Hub. With this service you can view content from ITV1, ITV2, ITVBE and more live or on-demand.
That makes it the place to look at Love Island and Dancing on Ice. It is also the home base for engaging detective dramas and all the favorite films of the family. But there is one big disadvantage: it is only available in the UK, which means that you cannot view anything on ITVX if you live outside the UK, or even if you just visit somewhere else on vacation.
Fortunately, there is a way to bypass this, and it is possible to easily view ITVX from abroad, whether on your PC, Mac, TV, iPhone or Android device.
View ITVX abroad with a VPN
If you want to view ITVX outside the UK, it is best to get a VPN.
VPN stands for ‘Virtual Private Network’ and they let you browse the internet as if you were located in another country. In essence, this means that even if you are outside the UK, the ITVX website or app thinks you are in Britain if you use one.

After you have subscribed to and your favorite VPN installed on the device you want to use to access ITVX, this is what you need to do:

Find a server

Open your VPN on your phone, laptop or other device and choose a server in the UK.
Launch ITVX

Go to the ITVX website or app on the same device – it should treat you as if you were in the UK.
If it doesn’t work for some reason, try to switch to another British server on your VPN -streaming platforms such as ITVX try to block well -known VPN ip addresses, so maybe you should try a few different servers before you One finds that works that works.
It is also worth noting that if you have an advertising blocker, ITVX may block it because some VPNs have built-in advertising blocking, you might have to disable that part of the software.

If you haven’t done that yet, make sure you sign up for an ITVX account to view. You must place a valid e -mail address, date of birth and a British zip code. Then you should be able to log in like normal.
