Raised by a single mother in a council home without warm water or carpets, Chloe Khan always dreamed of having a mansion that could be a refuge for her family.
Now 34 years old, she makes that dream reality by renovating a historical real estate in Harrogate, North Yorks and sharing the process with its 242.100 tap-followers.

Never someone who has trolls brought down, Chloe has responded to some of the negative comments.
She wrote: ‘I wouldn’t call it miss.
“I probably have X3.5 the value of the building, the extended to 5.5 square feet, opened it in a clear, innovative space, but restored and celebrated original characteristics and details.
“My vision was to make it look like a Knightsbridge Hotel and it is starting to give that now.
“I don’t like darkness.”
Chloe is now an estimated £ 12 million worth thanks to her career in Only fans.
Growing up, her mother had a diploma of rights, but family problems meant that they were struggling with money.
