FROM Bella Thorne to Kerry Katona, it’s not unusual to spot some of your favorite celebrities on OnlyFans.
And while for former glamor model Kerry posing for saucy snaps may be second nature, for other members it’s a radical career move.
Richard Wisker has left his child star days behind him and taken a surprising new direction in his career[/caption]
Earlier this year he launched his own OnlyFans account[/caption]
When Richard Wisker joined the site last year, he left fans stunned after making a name for himself as a babyface star on a hit CBBC show.
“I was a child star on Tracy Beaker Returns,” he explains in this exclusive interview.
“I played cheeky chappy Liam O’Donovan in the hit show. Now I’m a hit on Only Fans.
“I made thousands playing Liam on the hit show, but now my fans are in their twenties. My fans wanted more, and I wanted to give them more.
“Posing nude or implied nude for the subscription-based content platform was easier than stripping down to my boxers for an in-person audition.
“I was in charge, and the recording was great.”
Richard, 28, who lives in Newham, east London, played Liam in the Tracy Beaker spin-off for eight years.
During Richard’s time on the programme, his character Liam built strong friendships with most of the children.
“He was mischievous and loved. He had been given up for adoption by his mother and sent to multiple foster homes,” says Richard.
“I loved playing Liam. It was a breakthrough role for me.”
Richard’s first taste of television fame came when he landed a small role in ITV1’s The Bill in 2008. He also appeared in Law & Order UK.
“Then at the age of seven I was asked to audition for Tracy Beaker Returns. I went to the BBC studios at White City. I got callbacks eight times and when I got the part I was thrilled.
Richard lived with his mother and father in East London and had been acting and dancing since he could walk.
“Tracy Beaker was filmed in Newcastle,” he says.
“I had counselors in the group home and lived with the other actors while we filmed each series.
“Instead of school we had private teachers. We had “school time” and “acting time,” he says.
From 2010 to 2012, the child star played the lead role of Liam in CBBC’s Tracy Beaker Returns.
He then reprized the role of Liam for the show’s spin-off, The Dumping Ground, from 2013 to 2019.
“That was a busy time for me,” he says.
I didn’t earn a Hollywood salary. None of us did that

“Most children completed primary school and went to secondary school. I starred in two dramas and I presented CBBC’s Friday Download.
“I didn’t earn a Hollywood salary. None of us did that.
“My parents allowed me to use part of the money for holidays to Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Spain and Greece. I bought nice clothes and enjoyed them.
“But my mother and father made sure I learned to respect money.”
In March 2012, Wisker released his debut single and signed at Stratford Centre.
From 2013 to 2015, Wisker played Rich in the CBBC comedy Dani’s Castle.
He appeared in the hit ITV drama Casualty, had a leading role in BBC’s Flatmates and a regular role in children’s drama Millie In Between.
In 2017, Richard signed up for the film Supernova.
“I’m fortunate that work has been in high demand since Tracy Beaker Returns,” he says.
“I went from child actor to adult actor. It took work. Some actors don’t make the adjustment. I’m blessed to have done that,” he says.
Then, in May 2023, Richard took on a role that many didn’t see coming.
“I signed up for Only Fans and it was great,” he says.
Although many people assume that Richard decided to take off his gear because he needed the money, they were wrong.
“That wasn’t the reason. The real reason baffles many people,” he says.
“I was researching a role where the character was an OnlyFans star.
“I wanted the character to have depth, so I set myself a challenge.
“I signed up for OnlyFans as a pre-audition to audition for the role. I wanted to know what all the fuss was about.
“I wanted to experience the emotions of someone using the platform.
“It was the best decision I ever made. It was an acting lesson that I got paid for.”
What the rest of Tracy Beaker’s cast has been up to
Richard’s former Tracy Beaker castmates also seem to be very busy in their careers.
Dani Harman, the lead actress of the former BBC show, joined Strictly in 2012 and recently graced the theater stage.
The 34-year-old recently made a comeback as Tracy for new spin-off show My Mum Tracy Beaker.
Meanwhile, Tracy Beaker alum Chelsie Padley, who played Louise Goven in The Story Of Tracy Beaker when it first aired in 2002, announced she had given birth to her first child last year.
In August 2023, she took to Instagram and shared the happy news of her new arrival.
She posted a photo of the newborn and gushed in the caption: “GOLDIE RAYNER GEORGE. Hello world, I couldn’t wait any longer to meet my mom and dad, so on Tuesday, when I was 36+1 | gave them a little surprise… 08/15/23. 6 lbs 12 oz.
“Pure perfection, we are more than in love.”
Chelsie also revealed at the time that the toddler she shared with fiancé Iain George was born with jaundice.
According to Richard, he signed up for the platform and initially just looked at other people’s profiles.
“I was amazed at the different shapes and sizes of men and women who put themselves on stage,” he says.
“I loved that it happened from the safety of your own home. I felt like I would be a fraud if I didn’t do it myself for the role I was applying for.”
Richard had friends take ‘almost naked’ or implied nude photos for him.
“I didn’t go full frontal, but the images are sexy and alluring,” he says.
“I enjoyed doing it, posing in my Calvin Kleins and preening to look hot on a tanning bed was fun.
“Some people thought I was abandoning the fans I had as a child actor. Instead, I was flooded with followers.
“My childhood fans grew up with me. Like me, they are now adults and they loved that I had the courage to put myself out there.”
Richard was inundated with compliments and messages from men and women saying he had inspired them to learn to love their own bodies.
Richard also received marriage proposals.
“Yes, I have had a few marriage proposals from women who said I would make a handsome husband,” he says.
“I said no, but thanked them for their kind words, the same goes for anyone who asks me out.
“The rule is that there is no personal meeting. OnlyFans are strict about that and it keeps everyone safe. I have nothing but praise for the rules of the platform.”
Richard chose not to post a video or ‘go live’ on the platform.
“I wanted to have control over my content,” he says.
“Before I started, I knew I wasn’t going to do full nudity anyway. I also took into account that it was a research role.
“I loved it. If people want to give it a try, I say do it. But be careful, set your limits and stick to them.”
“I haven’t made huge amounts of money from OnlyFans. I know people assume that. I have earned enough for a nice holiday in Greece. I didn’t do it for the money.
Richard is now preparing for a new role.
He says: “My next project is about an online gamer. I’m going ‘subversively’ into the world of VR gaming and headsets.
“My OnlyFans experience has taught me to experience the role before I played it and who knows, I might end up in an online game you play.”
