I Dreamed Of Having A Big Bust But My Husband Shot Me Down – So I DUMPED Him, Got A Boob Job And I've Never Been Happier

A mum who dreamed of a bigger bust but was stopped by her husband has revealed how she dumped him to have a breast enlargement.

Fiona Anderson, 48, says that as a teenager at school she was teased mercilessly by other students about her chest.

Her traumatic school days left her feeling like “a little girl” and resulted in a long-held desire for a bigger bust – inspired by topless models she had seen on the back of Tennents lager cans as a child.

But her ‘toxic’ husband prevented her from getting a breast enlargement.

Instead, he ‘suppressed’ her dream for years, leaving Fiona in a constant state of uncertainty.

She eventually left him in December before deciding to fulfill her childhood dream and now feels more confident than ever.

Fiona told The Sun: “I was so flat-chested. I was bullied by other kids.

“I cried at night. It stopped after I left school, but I still had no confidence. I was a 34A, but actually I wasn’t even an A.

“There was a gap between my breasts and the bra cup. I always filled them with chicken breast bra inserts.”

She revealed how her husband cited finances as a reason against breast enlargement and wanted to get his own teeth done as a priority.

She said: “He suppressed my dreams for years. I think it was his own insecurity.

‘He talked about finances and said he was getting his teeth done before I could get anything.

“But he never went to the dentist when I made appointments.”

The couple split after growing apart when Fiona developed an interest in yoga and led a healthy lifestyle.

Despite always longing for a set of huge fake breasts, she finally decided to go for an ‘athletic boob job’, as part of a new trend among British women for more natural-looking breast enhancements.

She said: “After I started doing yoga and losing weight, having big breasts just didn’t feel right.

“I just wanted more natural looking breasts. There has been a change: the fake look is now out of fashion.”

Now feeling super confident and overjoyed with the results, Fiona plans to celebrate with a trip to Benidorm.

The student nurse said: “I’m single and ready to chat. I even got my nipples pierced.

“And I ordered some revealing dresses from Shein and got some bikinis that I can’t wait to wear.

“I never used to get male attention and now I just want to have some fun. My inner Goddess has been released.”

I Got a 34DD Boob Job So My Husband Wouldn’t Leave Me… Instead It Nearly Killed Me

Ionela Ardelean posed for her wedding photos and had never felt more confident.

The plunging neckline of her asymmetrical white dress showed off her 34DD implants to perfection – and she was confident her new husband’s head would never be turned.

But it came at a cost.

Just a few years later, CCTV operator Ionela was struggling with hair loss, failing memory and heart palpitations so debilitating she feared she would die.

She says: “I was only 33, but I felt like a vulnerable 85-year-old. And the culprit was my boob job. It felt like my implants were trying to kill me.”

Ionela, 37, from Bristol, was previously a 34B and always felt insecure about her smaller chest.

She met husband Vlatko, 40, a warehouse manager, on a coffee date in July 2015.

In May 2016, Ionela paid £5,000 for a 105-minute procedure at a clinic in the Midlands.

At first she was happy with her larger breasts

Other than some discomfort while running, she had no significant side effects.

But after the birth of their son in October 2019, everything changed. She says: “I was exhausted and overwhelmed. When my son was a few months old, I went to the sauna and after ten minutes I felt nauseous and faint.

“I developed a crushing headache, reduced range of motion, no energy and a strange burning sensation in my chest. I spent the night curled up, sobbing quietly, so as not to wake my husband and son.”

La Belle Forme plastic surgery clinic in Glasgow, where Fiona had her operation, said so-called ‘athletic boob jobs’ are becoming increasingly popular.

Alessio Vinci, plastic surgeon at the clinic, said: “Body ideals are changing and we are seeing a noticeable movement towards a more athletic body type.

“Women are increasingly inspired by the strength and natural appearance of female athletes, which creates a preference for a smaller breast enlargement and/or breast lift.

“A smaller cup size creates a streamlined physique, increasing self-confidence while maintaining an athletic appearance.”

Fiona is feeling more confident than ever after her surgery – and she now wants to celebrate her new bust with a trip to Benidorm.
