A mother-of-two who bought her dream house with the income she earned on fans alone says that her children never have to worry about money.
Laura Whyte started her account three years ago and bought her £ 200k house with six hectares of land last summer.

Now Laura and her partner of 14 years say that they have achieved their financial goals after years of wrestling – and she says it is all so that their children will never be in the same position.
“I only started at the end of the year in 2022,” said Laura, who now lives in Aberdenshire, Scotland.
“It was so that I could save to buy a home for the future of my children – that was the first motivation to buy a country house for them to have space and freedom.”
Laura became pregnant with her son at the age of 17 and had the second child of her and her partner, a daughter, nine years ago.
After growing up in a council home herself, she was worried to give her own children a safety net.
“At that time I didn’t work; my partner was the one who yielded the income,” she said.

“I was not already trusting in myself and my own body, so I wasn’t sure at first.
“We talked about it for a month or two and then I finally made an account.
“Within the first two or three months when I started to see good results for the first time.
“On a typical day I take my photos in the morning and then I spend a lot of time on Tiktok Live, because I can get a lot of traffic through it.
“I usually make between £ 5-6k, but it depends on how well your social media accounts do that month.”
But her career did not come without a recoil.
Despite the support of her partner, Laura was confronted with a judgment when the family lived in the small village of Aberchirder in Aberdenshire.
“In my previous village I got a lot of hatred,” she said.
“I got threats – I had the police at my door and I had threatened me with social services if I had not agreed my only fans account.

“It was quite difficult, but by the end I knew that I could reach my goal and get a house that we love, so I just had to ignore it.”
After a year of saving, Laura says she was able to save a down payment of £ 60,000 to buy the dream house of her family-one of a rural ownership of six hectares, 30 miles from their previous village.
“We were looking for land because we want to get animals – especially sheep and a donkey,” said Laura.
“We were just looking for space. Now we have six hectares, and it’s just peaceful in the neighborhood. It’s beautiful.
“It feels great. It’s just a relief that my children have somewhere where they can always go.
“I also have land, so when they are older, they can place a caravan or even build a house on it if they want.”
Laura says her children understand that she is using social media to earn her life, and her parents know about her career and his incredibly proud.
“My mother and father were really proud – especially my mother,” said Laura.
“She was really impressed by the amount that I could essentially earn on my phone.
“She was really proud of the fact that I could buy a house because I am one of the few people in my family who could have done that.

“I would like people to see what I have been able to achieve in such a short time,” she added.
“My family went from living in a municipal property to buying a six -hectare cottage through my work.
“From being pregnant on seventeen, with nothing in our name, me and my partner stuck it – and fourteen years later we have everything we might dream of.
“My children don’t have to worry now. They don’t have to pay huge rents, because I don’t know for sure if life will be cheaper.
“I have peace of mind that they are always somewhere to stay and be close to us, if they want to.”
