KAT Holmes was once labeled ‘really fat’ by classmates because she was taller than the other girls, making her feel like an outsider.
The cruel comments took a toll on her self-esteem and mental health, but today the 23-year-old has turned the tables – and the irony couldn’t be sweeter.

In 2021, Kat and her then-boyfriend, Romeo Wanigabaduge, 25, started sharing risqué yoga videos online.
The content quickly went viral and earned millions of followers.
To Kat’s surprise, some of her old bullies – now stuck in ‘sexless marriages’ – subscribed to her OnlyFans channel, raking in up to $1 million AUD a year (about £500,000).
The success has allowed Kat and Romeo to invest in property, and she now feels ‘above’ the bullies who once made her life miserable.
Although mean comments during her teenage years made her insecure about her curves, she sees it all as “character building.”
Kat from Sydney, Australia, said: ‘I was definitely an outsider when I was at school. I was taller than the other girls and received a lot of comments about my weight.
“The other kids called me ‘very fat’ and I have an Asian background, so I also received a lot of racist comments.
“I think it affects you a lot when you’re a kid or a teenager, but I think it builds a lot of resilience. I was very insecure about it [my weight] for a long time as a teenager.
“My mental health wasn’t great, but it definitely helped me prepare for social media, so now I see it as a good thing.
“It doesn’t really matter to me [about the negative comments] – they just help push my videos into the algorithm.
“Some bullies have definitely paid for a subscription – they now pay money to look at the body they once bullied me for.
“When we first started posting, many of our friends from school also signed up. They said ‘oh hey, it’s me, do you remember me from school?’
“Many friends who are in a relationship – or in a sexless marriage – would come and subscribe to the page. I think they were trying to find company.
“It’s very interesting. I used to feel like I was at the bottom, but now I feel like I’m above the bullies. Now we are just taking their money.”

The couple were together for three years before splitting in 2023, but still continue to work together – with an impressive 1,400,000 TikTok followers, 288,000 Instagram followers and 137,000 YouTube subscribers.
Kat says showing off her body to her millions of subscribers has been an “empowering experience” that has helped her boost her body confidence since her school days.
Kat said: “Despite the negative comments there are always positives. There is a market for everyone. Curvy is really in at the moment and it has definitely improved my confidence a lot, that’s for sure.
“There are a lot of people who like bodies like mine, so it’s good.”

The 23-year-old says she now feels ‘above the bullies’ as her curvy figure allows her and Romeo to rake in around $1,000,000 (AUD) (£500,000) a year through the OnlyFans page.
Although the money has gone towards properties so far, they plan to use the money to buy a Lamborghini in the near future future.

“Since I’ve become more in tune with my body and more into the curvy market, I’ve been doing a lot of squats during my workouts.
“My best asset is probably my butt, so I definitely focus a lot more on that area to maintain it as well.”
Although Kat and Romeo initially felt the channel gave them a “shared sense of purpose,” which helped “save their relationship,” they unfortunately split after three years together.

Despite their relationship ending, the pair say they never considered creating sexy content together, recognizing there was “too much value” in the channel to just let it go.

Romeo said: “We are absolutely lucky that it ended on good terms. I think we’ll get back together someday.
“We have a very good dynamic, so there is no insecurity or jealousy. In this industry it’s quite difficult to find that that’s a good thing because of what we do.”
