I'm 'Britain's Littlest Glamor Model' Being Mistaken for My Husband's Child – Victoria's Secret Should Be Using Women Like Me

Britain’s smaller glamor model has taken a swipe at lingerie giant Victoria’s Secret for not putting smaller women like herself in the spotlight.

The iconic underwear brand is known for its breathtaking catwalk shows, where world-famous models – known as Victoria’s Secret Angels – walk the catwalk with sporty wings and sexy lingerie.

Stars in their shows include top models such as mother-of-five Adriana Lima, Miranda Kerr, Gisele Bundchen, Alessandra Ambrosio, Bella Hadid and American TV personality Tyra Banks.

In addition to their beautiful looks, all these beautiful women have one characteristic in common: they are all towering models.

However, Caitlin Hellyer, who calls herself “Britain’s tiniest glamor model”, believes the industry needs to change.

The 23-year-old, from Gloucestershire, is fed up with seeing women like her being overlooked by the lingerie brand.

The 6ft beauty insists there is no excuse, especially when other brands like Lounge Underpants offer shorter styles.

“I don’t think Victoria’s Secret used shorter models. I know Lounge Underwear has used two or three in their campaigns. I definitely think there is room for more diversification,” the brunette stunner shared Daily star.

“If brands like Lounge and Ann Summers can use shorter models, then so can Victoria’s Secret.”

Caitlin, who also expressed interest in collaborating with underwear brand Boux Avenue, believes including more diverse models in fashion campaigns would help improve women’s body image.

“It would be so much better if women could see more ladies they could relate to,” she said.

“Even if I struggle with my body image, seeing a leggy model and a toned stomach makes me feel like I’m not seeing people who look like me, so I can’t imagine how other people would feel too.”

Caitlin, an Instagram influencer with 27,000 followers to her name @as a piecepreviously shared how she is constantly mistaken for her boyfriend’s child due to their height difference.

The model – who has achondroplasia dwarfisma bone growth disorder caused by a genetic mutation in the arms and legs – said heads turn when she goes out with 6ft 4in boyfriend Guy Pritchard, 33.

According to the beauty, who also sells racy content on adult sites, the couple are stared at and made fun of – and people even wonder if their love is genuine.

But Caitlin insisted their two-and-a-half year relationship is just like any other – and they even joke about their own differences.
