An influencer claims she almost died and had green gunk leaking from her breasts after a botched boob job in Turkey.

The Manchester model even spent a staggering £200,000 to get the biggest lips in the world.
But the 27-year-old claimed her “life was on the line” after her third breast operation which saw her go from 450cc to 800cc implants.
The £6,000 operation was meant to turn the OnlyFans creator into the ‘ultimate bimbo’ but instead she was left with green gunk.
Sophia said that while the actual procedure went smoothly, “the nightmare” started as soon as she got home.
She said: “It was such a mess. I literally almost died because it got so bad.
The model recalled experiencing an “unbearable” burning sensation, accompanied by swelling.
“When I looked down there was green gunk all over my bandage from where I was leaking,” she continued.
“I didn’t know what was going on – and I was afraid my life was at risk.”
After being rushed to hospital, where she stayed for a week, Sophia was diagnosed with sepsis.
Doctors urgently wanted to remove her left implant as part of a life-saving operation – but the influencer ‘refused’.
What are the symptoms of sepsis?
SEPSIS is a life-threatening reaction to an infection that occurs when your immune system overreacts and begins to damage your body’s own tissues and organs.
Symptoms of sepsis in an adult include:
- Behaving in a confused manner, speaking indistinctly or not making sense
- Blue, gray, pale or blotchy skin, lips or tongue – on brown or black skin this may be more visible on the palms of the hands or soles of the feet
- A rash that does not fade when you roll a glass over it, same as meningitis
- Difficulty breathing, shortness of breath or breathing very quickly
Symptoms in a child include:
- Blue, gray, pale or blotchy skin, lips or tongue – on brown or black skin this may be more visible on the palms of the hands or soles of the feet
- A rash that does not fade when you roll a glass over it, same as meningitis

- Not responding as normal, or not interested in eating or normal activities

They may not have all of these symptoms.

“I didn’t want to lose my perky breasts that I had paid so much for and had been through so much,” she said.
After a week of antibiotic treatments, Sofia was discharged home, where she began planning her next surgery.
The 27-year-old went to another Turkish clinic in January 2023 and received the largest implants available on the market, 1050cc.
She said that while she felt “embarrassed” to share her story earlier, Sophia wants to raise awareness.
“Always do research, look at reviews from reputable people and never go for surgery because it is cheap,” she added.
But Sophia isn’t done yet as the content creator plans to undergo liposuction within a month.
And despite having the largest silicone breast implants made, the model said: “I want them even bigger”.
This comes after Sophia’s previous horror experience that left her vomiting blood and unable to sit down for four months.
She claimed she almost died after spending £12,000 on a Brazilian butt lift (BBL).
The model was flown back to Turkey for the operation and claims she was unable to sit down for four months after the operation.
She said she was flown back to Britain that day as doctors rushed to drain dangerous fluid levels in her body.
Despite the ‘nearly fatal’ incident, she said she would do it again to achieve the perfect body.
What are the risks of an operation abroad?
IT is important to do your research if you are considering having cosmetic surgery abroad.
It may cost less than in the UK, but you need to weigh the potential savings against the potential risks.
Safety standards in different countries may not be as high.
No operation is without risk. Complications can occur after surgery in the UK or abroad.
If you have complications after surgery in the UK, the surgeon is responsible for follow-up treatment.
Overseas clinics may not provide follow-up treatment, or may not provide it to the same standard as in Britain.
Also, they may not have a healthcare professional in the UK that you can visit if you have any problems.
