OnlyFans is a subscription-based social media used mainly by sex workers.
Mum-of-two Lily, 39, is charging fans £8 a month for a glimpse of her trotters after taking inspiration from her five-star rating on WikiFeet.
She has reportedly already released six exclusive photos in less than a week.
She joins other celebrities, such as Katie Price, Kerry Katona and Lauren Goodger, in the business venture – but non-celebrities on the platform say there is one crucial thing to remember.
A mother-of-three who has made more than £118,000 selling pictures of her feet has issued a stark warning to newcomer Lily.
Lizzy Groombridge often makes headlines thanks to her 6 feet tall height and long legs.
The 30-year-old has proudly raked in six figures in recent years selling photos of her size nine feet on OnlyFans.
And while she supports Lily’s decision to jump on the bandwagon, she said it’s important for the Smile singer to be transparent.
“I have always been a fan of her music and I support her decision. [but she must] stay honest about her journey,” says Lizzy from Cornwall.
“Otherwise, her younger fan base could get the false sense that she could make money easily.
“It’s a personal choice; I know how younger people in the past looked up to me and thought it could be a good money maker – but it’s not that easy.
“For her, she has the support to be who she is.
“It’s hard to be successful in this industry without fame, and others shouldn’t be led to think that.”
Lizzy believes Lily has “seen an opportunity to maximize her earnings and secure her own future.”

OnlyFans is a subscription content service based in London.
It is believed to have more than 220 million registered users and more than three million content creators by 2023.
Sex workers charge monthly fees for access to photos, videos and more.
While popular for porn, the site isn’t designed solely with that in mind: anyone who wants to build a fan base and charge money for it can set one up.
Celebrities like Katie Price and Kerry Katona are popular personalities on the platform.
“Whether you upload tutorials, tips, behind-the-scenes footage, or just endless selfies, many of your followers would be willing to pay for it,” the company says.
For every subscription sold to a viewer, artists get 80 percent of the money, while OnlyFans gets the rest.
It is not limited to adult content as it has become popular among physical fitness experts and musicians.
The OnlyFans veteran previously revealed how she and her girlfriend, Candie Dixon, who is 4ft 4in tall, earn £5,000 a month on the platform.
She said they are often mistaken for mother and daughter, and she is called the “Green Giant.”
But despite the hate, she makes it work to her advantage, with her top-rated foot fetish content about being a giantess – an imaginary giant woman.
“I received a special request from a fan to put my dirty white socks on his face after he walked around my house as a giantess,” she adds.
“I don’t meet fans, just create content with someone they can buy.

“But with her enormous reach, she will achieve high revenues almost immediately.
“I think it’s very positive for the foot fetish community, but the one thing I have to take into account is her fan base and the influence she has on them.
“Lily has to keep them open to the highs and lows.”
