Jimmy Fallon Gets In The Halloween Spirit With Cheeky Burns Of Joe Biden Gaffe

President Joe Biden put his foot in it this week, and Jimmy Fallon joked that his inner circle might want him to zip it until after Election Day.

“Things are a little tense right now, especially after President Biden appeared to call Trump supporters garbage,” the “Tonight Show” host said Wednesday. “Today, Kamala Harris was like, could someone drop Joe in a corn maze and leave him there until Wednesday? Have him wander.”

“Speaking of Biden, today, the White House hosted its annual trick or treating event. I’m not saying they didn’t want Biden to talk, but every time he opened his mouth, Jill [Biden] stuffed a Milky Way in there,” he added.

Fallon also threw in a festive zinger at Republican nominee Donald Trump, who has been laying the groundwork to claim the Nov. 5 election will be fraudulent if he doesn’t win it.

“Trump’s election fraud claims are like the holidays. Every year, it feels like they happen earlier and earlier,” Fallon quipped.

The White House has been doing damage control after Biden seemed to call Trump’s supporters “garbage” during a call with Voto Latino on Tuesday night. Biden later released a statement clarifying he was referring to the rhetoric at Trump’s Madison Square Garden rally as such, not the supporters themselves.
