A veteran judge in Wisconsin was arrested on Friday for reportedly to have helped a Mexican illegal migrant to avoid ice officers in her courthouse, the FBI said.
Judge Hannah Dugan, who has been on the Milwaukee County couch for almost a decade, an obstruction was pressed after she was accused of interferation in Eduardo Flores Ruiz’s arrest last week.
“We believe that judge Dugan deliberately has aimed federal agents on the subject to be arrested in her courthouse, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, so that the subject can avoid an illegal alien – arrest,” said FBI director Kash Patel in an X -post.
“Fortunately our agents have chased the Perp on foot and since then he has been in custody, but the obstruction of the judge caused a greater danger to the public.”
Patel later removed the X post in which the Dugan arrest announced, for reasons that were not immediately clear. “
