A judge of Dupage County refused to hold a man this week who accused officers of justice of robbing an American mail spread in Schot. Kelsor and Deloach are also accused of trying to sell stolen checks to other people, deposit stolen checks and withdraw money or try to withdraw money from the receiving accounts. During the investigation, officials are said to have reclaimed checks worth $ 508,714.88.

Both men are accused of four counts of identity theft, financial institution fraud and conspiracy to cheat a financial institution. Kelsor is also accused of armed robbery, said civil servants.
