KANYE West is accused of drugging and raping his ex-assistant at a party with disgraced rap mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The new sexual harassment claims, seen by The Sun, are made in an updated lawsuit filed by Lauren Pisciotta.

Pisciotta – an influencer and former OnlyFans model – worked for the rapper between 2021 and 2022 after a career in the music industry.
She sued the rapper earlier this year because the Gold Digger rapper had bombarded her with sexual text messages and masturbated with her on the phone.
But in new allegations filed Friday, Pisciotta claims she was “covered” when a drink poured and served to her by West, 47, was laced with an unidentified drug.
Years before the pair worked together, West co-hosted a studio session in Santa Monica, with Combs inviting Pisciotta in her capacity at a record label.
The lawsuit claims: “As Plaintiff began to enter an altered and severely impaired state, she felt she had less control over her body and speech, which is where Plaintiff’s memories of that night escaped her.”
Pisciotta woke up the next day feeling sick, confused, and ashamed because she couldn’t remember a single detail of the night after the drink.
For years she thought nothing had happened that night, but once she started working for West, the rapper had “connected” with her.
The lawsuit claims the revelation came when West’s ex-wife texted him about the couple being intimate while he was married to her.
Pisciotta wanted to text her and deny that they had ever been together and clear up what she believed was misinformation.
But the lawsuit alleges that West subsequently had “memories” of the evening, saying “we did interact once.”
West has only one ex-wife: Kim Kardashian.
Sometime after Pisciotta stopped working for West, the pair saw each other at a Post Malone concert.
West allegedly grabbed Pisciotta by the throat and stuck his tongue in her ear and said, “I always knew what I would do to you if I ever saw you again.”
Pisciotta also claimed that West tried to get her to bring “honey” that he would use to enhance his sexual performance as a way to try to sleep with her.

A representative for West did not immediately respond for comment.
The drugging claim comes after dozens of women filed similar claims against Combs.
The rape allegations were made by Pisciotta as part of a broader lawsuit alleging wrongful termination and sexual harassment.
The suit was first filed against West by Pisciotta in March, but did not become public until June.
The lawsuit alleges that West used his branded companies as “conduits to pursue and satisfy his unusual; fantasies and delusions…
“And he further used the money created by him and these entities to finance his obsessive, compulsive, sexually dominated and driven behavior.”
Pisciotta describes a number of times West allegedly sexually harassed her, including masturbating next to her on a plane and standing over her naked while she lay on a bed.
She also claims West failed to pay her $3 million in severance after she stopped working for him, plus another $1 million he allegedly promised her for deleting her OnlyFans account.
She also claims that West repeatedly sent her vulgar text messages.
West allegedly sent the following text to Lauren: “I took Viagra once and f***ed [A-list celebrity] for three hours.
“I’m not sure why that thought occurred to me.”
Another offensive text reportedly read: “Just thinking back to the bowling alley, thinking about what could have been the headline. You got arrested for fucking up his assistant on the bowling alley floor.”
West also allegedly sent several sexual videos to Pisciotta, including a 24-second clip he filmed of a model performing oral sex on him.
West’s spokesperson previously said: “In response to these baseless allegations, Ye will file a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta, who actively sexually pursued him to extort employment and other material benefits, and then engaged in blackmail and extortion when her advances were rejected.”
Kanye West’s Recent Controversies
Kanye West has faced a number of controversies in recent years.
In November 2022, a former Yeezy employee claimed that Kanye showed them intimate photos of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian.
Employees also alleged that he played pornography for them and talked about porn during meetings.
In October 2023, Adidas dropped the rapper as several social media sites banned him from their platforms for making anti-Semitic comments online, in interviews and with his clothing.
Amid pleas from fans and threats of major boycotts, Adidas announced its decision to terminate his contract.
Gap and Balenciaga followed suit.
The rapper is now being sued by his ex-assistant, who accuses him of sexual harassment and wrongful dismissal.
Kanye has said in the past that he suffers from a porn addiction, in an online rant that has since been deleted.
