KATIE Price has opened up about more surgery – this time to reduce the size of her breasts – and pin back her ears.
Panto star Katie is unhappy with her latest breast enlargement and has new problems with her protruding ears since her recent facelift.

The former glamor model told Closer: “2024 was like a scale. But I chose to get rid of all the toxicity around me, and it makes a huge difference.
‘I’m going back already. I’ve never had protruding ears, but I saw a surgeon recently…
“With my face[lift]where they sewed it in the back my ears are now sticking out so the surgeon is just going to make them back to normal.
On her reasons for going under the knife again, she said: “I think I need therapy when it comes to surgery.
“I wouldn’t say I have body dysmorphia, but there’s clearly an underlying thing as to why I feel like I need to have surgery, or why I look in the mirror and think, ‘I want to change this or that.’
‘What you have to remember is that I will be fifty in four years, so I am entitled to that [do] whatever I want in my face.
“I have done my entire modeling career – apart from my breasts – naturally. I didn’t have an airbrush, filters or anything.
“It’s weird because I’m a confident person, but I just feel like if I want to change something, I’ll change it.
“Because I do little and often, it seems as if I am always under the knife. When it comes to surgery, I admit everything I do, I don’t shy away from it, and I wouldn’t.
“I make sure that the most gruesome photos are shown. People need to know that it is not a walk in the park, but an operation.”
She added: “Lipo never worked because I was too lazy to go to the gym. I had a lip lift, which was a waste of time.
“I want my breasts to become smaller again. I prefer to be smaller.”
A handful KatieHer followers suggested she had ‘ruined’ her appearance her latest facelift.
She first revealed the results of her sixth facelift – which cost a whopping £10,000 – in August.
However, her recovery was somewhat hampered as blood seeped from her stitches several days later.
She even called her pre-surgery appearance “disgusting” and “rough” and admitted that going under the knife helps her feel more confident and in control of her body.
Meanwhile, it seems like she’s eager to show her off new look in provocative new snaps for her OnlyFans subscribers.

1998 – Katie underwent her first breast augmentation, going from a natural B cup to a C cup. She also had her first liposuction
1999 – Katie had two more boob jobs in the same year, one that took her from a C cup to a D cup, and then to an F cup
2006 – Katie went under the knife to reduce her breasts to a G-cup
2007 – Katie had a nose job and veneers on her teeth
2008 – Katie stunned fans by reducing her breasts from an F cup to a C cup
2011 – Returning to an F cup, Katie also underwent a body contouring treatment and cheek and lip fillers
2014/5 – After a nasty infection, Katie had her breast implants removed
2016 – Katie opted for larger breasts again and got another set of implants, in addition to implants, Botox and lip fillers
2017 – After a disastrous facelift with threading, Katie also had her veneers replaced. She also had her eighth boob job, taking her to a GG cup
2018 – Katie went under the knife again for a facelift
2019 – After flying to Turkey, Katie underwent facial, eye and eyelid surgery, a Brazilian butt lift and a tummy tuck
2020 – Katie has her 12th boob job in Belgium to correct a botched surgery and a new set of veneers
2021 – For a complete body overhaul, she opts for eye and lip lifts, liposuction under her chin, fat injected into her buttocks and liposuction of the entire body
2022 – Katie undergoes another eyebrow and eye lift and undergoes the ‘largest ever’ breast enlargement in Belgium, her 16th in total
