The Lamborghini Fenomeno Roadster is a new limited edition model and will be the brand’s fastest open-air model ever.
Like the Fenomeno coupe unveiled last year, the roadster is a ‘little example’ based on the Revuelto, with unique bodywork and an upgraded hybrid V12 powertrain. Production of the roadster will be limited to just 15 units, while last year’s coupe had a slightly larger production run of 29 units.
According to Lamborghini, the roadster has a “similar level of stiffness and stiffness” compared to the coupe thanks to a little extra reinforcement and a few extra pounds of weight.

To ensure that the roadster has the same level of downforce and engine cooling as the coupe, Lamborghini has modified the car’s aero package. There’s a new spoiler at the top of the windshield that minimizes cabin shake and feeds air to the V12 engine, essentially replacing the coupe’s roof scoop.
The company has also paid particular attention to the roll bars, which are shaped to minimize wind noise and turbulence and aesthetically match the flowing design of the rear end.
The Fenomeno Roadster is powered by an upgraded V12 hybrid system with a naturally aspirated 6.5-litre V12 delivering 614 kW and 725 Nm. It is paired with two electric motors in the front and one in the rear-mounted eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

The 7 kWh lithium-ion battery is twice as large as that of the Revuelto and enables emission-free driving.
In total, the powertrain generates a total power of 794 kW, allowing the Fenomeno Roadster to race from 0-100 km/h in 2.4 seconds, reach the double century in 6.8 seconds and reach a top speed of over 340 km/h. For those comparing the numbers, the coupe has the same 0-100 km/h time, is 0.1 second quicker to 200 km/h and has a top speed of over 350 km/h.
It sits on 21-inch alloy wheels with specially developed Bridgestone Potenza Sport 265/30 tires at the front, and 22-inch alloy wheels with 355/25 rubber at the rear. Buyers can also opt for road-suitable run-flat or semi-slick tires paired with smaller 20- and 21-inch wheels.

Stopping power comes from CCM-R Plus carbon ceramic brakes, while the standard racing shocks can be manually adjusted.
To help optimize the car’s dynamics, the Fenomeno is equipped with a new ‘6D sensor’ close to the car’s center of gravity. It tracks lateral acceleration on all three axes (lateral, longitudinal and vertical), as well as angular velocity on all three axes (pitch, roll and yaw).
This data is fed into the Integrated Vehicle Estimator (IVE) and Integrated Brake Controller (IBC) and can reduce braking distances by 10 percent.
The Fenomeno is the latest in the line of ‘few’ models that essentially started in 2009 with the Reventon. This was followed up in 2013 with the Veneno, then the 2016 Centenario and the 2019 Sián, all of which also received roadster variants.
