Lamborghini Sian vs McLaren Senna Drag Race

It is time for the heavy striking people. We went to the top shelf to put together one of our best drag race results so far. It’s the $ 5 million Lamborghini Sian against the carbon body McLaren Senna Hypercar.

In addition to the built in different countries, the Lamborghini Sian uses a naturally extracted V12 and four -wheel drive, while the McLaren Senna uses a petrol with double turbo, but only sends the torque through the rear axle.

So there was only one way to settle that was the fastest, and that was with a drag race over the quarter miles, plus a rolling race to crown a definitive victor.

We have to give a huge shout to our friends in Caltex to help us cover the costs of setting up this event. It is an incredibly expensive company and this would not be possible without their support.

The cars that we carry out are powered by Premium 98 Caltex with Techron. Caltex with Techron has been scientifically proven that it can help to clean and protect engines. A clean engine helps to maximize the power and acceleration, while also delivering better fuel consumption, reliable performance and a smooth disk. Lamborghini Sian

Limited to only 63 units, the Lamborghini Sian was launched as the precursor of the Born-Again Countach (you can see us dragging at the Countach here) and eventually the Revuelto.

It uses a platform of the Aventador and an engine from the SVJ, but the most important difference is that it is hybridized. The small electromotor teams with a superglacht to charge the engine (a super channel can deliver something like that as three times the amount of energy compared to a lithium ion battery of an equally size), which produces a combined 602 kW power and 760 Nm of torque.

The basic engine is a 6.5-liter natural sucked petrol V12 and is linked to the Aventador’s ISR-automated transmission. Lamborghini claims a time of 0-100 km/h of 2.8 seconds.

McLaren Senna

The Senna is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 with Twin-Turbo that produces 588 kW and 800 Nm. It uses a seven -speed gearbox with double clutch to send the torque to the rear wheels.

It has a top speed of 335 km/h, which is just crazy! But although the official 0-100 km/h time is 2.8 seconds, it will struggle to get a grip on our unauthorized runway of the airport.

It is also worth noting that as soon as the speed has more than 100 km/h tips, the Senna probably has the weight benefit, so it will be an extremely narrow finish.

The results

As predicted, the standing starting race was one of the nearest drag races that we once did. It was up to the absolute thread!

The pace that the McLaren has as soon as it has traction is extraterrestrial; It simply speeds up like nothing in this world. It just gets it from the line on a regional airport track that is the problem.
