One man was killed and another injured in a double shooting in Chinatown – just blocks from police headquarters – on Saturday evening.
According to the NYPD, the two men were shot when gunfire broke out in Manhattan’s Two Brides neighborhood, between Madison St. and St. James Place, around 7:26 p.m.
Both victims were taken to Bellevue Hospital, where one was initially in critical condition from a shot to the neck before being pronounced dead.
The other victim, who was shot in the buttocks, is in stable condition, police said.
No arrests have been made yet and the investigation is still ongoing, according to police.
