The last allegations arise from a shooting on the incoming highway near Harlem Avenue around 5:30 pm on April 23.
Prosecutors said Murphy that Rodriguez chased another driver on the highway and shot several shots to the victim, hit him twice in the left arm. Two witnesses saw the shooting, which officers called ‘not provoked’ in a detention -spice.
Researchers identified the shooter’s car and then found the video that showed that Rodriguez was driving it five minutes before the shooting, according to a court application.
In 2008, Rodriguez received a 15 -year prison sentence after he was found guilty of a worsened battery by discharging a firearm. He was also confronted with attempted murder attacks in that case, but prosecutors dropped the count in a plea.
