MG’s cheapest model now even cheaper

MG Australia Has introduced a new entry-level variant in his second generation MG 3 series, so that the light hatch has been temptingly close to the title of the cheapest new car in Australia.

Indicating the MG 3 atmosphere is the same gasoline engine that is available with both the gasoline excite and essence figures: a 1.5-liter naturally sucked four-cylinder that produces 81 kW power and 142 Nm of torque.

This is coupled with a continuous variable automatic transmission, where only Drive is sent to the front wheels. The atmosphere runs on 15-inch steel wheels instead of the 16-inch alloys over the rest of the reach.

Inside, owners still get the same 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen and 7.0-inch digital instrument cluster in the excite, the first accompanied by Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Connectivity.

It retains many elements of the excitement, including halogen headlights, a reversing camera, fabric upholstery and a sixtalkers sound system.

The atmosphere is also part of the MG Pilot Safety Suite, although this fog on blind spot monitoring and at the back cross-traffic assist. All MG 3S still fall under the 10-year-old, 250,000 km warranty from MG.
